Lorraine Wallace Trenholm was born in New York, where she lived until completing her studies as a painting major at Pratt Institute, in the late 60's. She studied with Lois Griffel and Henry Hensche of the Cape Cod School of Art in Provincetown and attended the 1987 session of the Vermont Studio School. Lorraine Trenholms artwork appears in Lois Griffel's book, "Painting the Impressionist Lanscape." She is a member of 21 in Truro, the Chatham Creative Arts Center and the Cape Cod Art Association. Lorraine's paintings are in private collections in the U.S and abroad.
